May 2019 — 99.99% of computer hacking, snooping, intrusion and “back-door knob-turning” attempts originate from fewer than 9,000 IP addresses worldwide — which represents fewer than 0.0003% of the approximately 4 billion standard IPv4 addresses available.

The dogs are easily blocked by Internet firewall.
